• Experience in development of distribution network, appointment of dealer in new areas in agricultural tractor market.
• Extremely good communication & negotiation skills.
• Good command over one or more foreign Language besides the language in area of operation.
• Experience in handling servicing / technical issues of tractor.
• Analytical skills in terms of pricing structure and competition strategies.
• Presentation skills and familiarity with MS office /PowerPoint.
• Required travel time: around 20 days in a month.
